Analytics and Reporting

Know what every dollar brought back.

Most marketing reports tell you what happened. Ours tell you what it was worth. We track each customer from the source that found them through to the revenue they produced, and we spend your budget accordingly.

From original source to revenue.

This is the part of the work we care most about. If you cannot see which channel produced which customer, you are guessing at the most expensive decision you make.

  • Source attribution

Every lead tagged with the campaign, keyword or channel that produced it, first touch through to last.

  • Call tracking

Dynamic numbers that follow the visitor, so phone calls get attributed as precisely as form fills.

  • Lead to customer

Which leads actually closed, tracked through your pipeline rather than stopping at the enquiry.

  • Revenue reporting

Real numbers against real spend. Cost per customer and return by channel, not just cost per click.

  • Dashboards

A live view you can open any day of the month instead of waiting for a PDF.

  • Plain language reports

Monthly, in English, with what we changed and what we are changing next. No vanity metrics.

How we get you to clean numbers.

Usually two to four weeks to a trustworthy baseline.

  1. Audit what exists

Most accounts we inherit are double counting, missing conversions, or attributing everything to direct traffic. We find out which.

  2. Rebuild tracking

Analytics, conversions, call tracking and form attribution set up so the numbers agree with each other.

  3. Connect revenue

Leads matched through to closed work, so the report ends at revenue rather than at a form submission.

  4. Report and act

Monthly review, with budget moved toward whatever is genuinely producing.

Tracking questions, answered honestly.

Why do my numbers never match between platforms?

Because every platform counts differently and each one is motivated to take credit. Google Ads claims a conversion it touched, Meta claims the same one, and analytics attributes it somewhere else entirely.

The fix is a single source of truth that all of them report into, which is what we build first.

Can you track phone calls?

Yes, and for most of our clients it is the single biggest gap. If most of your leads call and you are not tracking calls, your best performing channel is invisible in your reporting.

Do I need this if I am already running ads?

More so, not less. Without attribution you are optimising on cost per click, which is the metric that correlates least with revenue. It is how businesses end up cutting the campaign that was actually working.

Is this GDPR and privacy compliant?

Yes. Consent handling, anonymisation and retention are set up as part of the build. Tracking people responsibly and tracking them usefully are not in conflict.

What if the numbers show your work is not producing?

Then you will see that, and so will we. That is the point of measuring it. We would rather have an honest conversation about changing the approach than hide behind an impressions chart.

See where your attribution is broken.

We will audit your current tracking and show you exactly which leads and which channels you cannot currently account for.
