Social Media

Stay in front of them until they are ready.

Almost nobody buys the first time they hear about you. Social is how you stay familiar in the months between the first impression and the moment they actually need what you sell.

Consistency beats brilliance.

A steady, on-brand presence that people recognise is worth more than one great post a quarter. We handle the whole calendar so it actually stays steady.

  • Content strategy

A calendar built around your season, your offers and what your audience actually stops scrolling for.

  • Design and video

Graphics, short-form video and photography that look like your brand rather than a stock library.

  • Community management

Comments and messages answered quickly, because an unanswered question is a customer going somewhere else.

  • Paid amplification

The posts that earn attention organically get budget behind them, aimed at the audiences most likely to buy.

  • Reputation and reviews

Review generation and response folded in, so the social proof grows alongside the audience.

  • Performance reporting

Reach and engagement are the inputs. We report on the leads and traffic that came out the other end.

How the calendar runs.

You approve the month, we handle the rest of it.

  1. Brand and audience

Voice, visual rules and the handful of things you actually want people to remember about you.

  2. Monthly plan

A content calendar delivered ahead of the month for your review. One round of changes, then it is locked.

  3. Produce and publish

We create, schedule and post everything, and we stay on top of the replies.

  4. Review

What performed, what did not, and what next month is changing because of it.

Social questions, answered honestly.

Which platforms should I be on?

Usually fewer than you think. Two platforms done consistently beat five done occasionally.

For most local service businesses that means Facebook and Instagram. For business to business it is usually LinkedIn. We will pick based on where your buyers already are, not on what is trending.

Will social media actually bring me customers?

Directly, sometimes. Indirectly, almost always. Social rarely closes a sale on its own, but it keeps you familiar so that when the need appears you are the name they already know.

If you want leads this week, paid search is the faster lever. Social is the one that compounds.

Do I have to be in the videos?

It helps enormously, and no, it is not required. Plenty of our clients never appear on camera. But if you are willing to, owner-led content consistently outperforms everything else we produce.

How often should we post?

Three to five times a week on your main platform is the range where consistency starts paying off. More than that rarely helps if the quality drops to sustain it.

Do you use our photos or make new ones?

Both. We will use what you have if it is good, and we will tell you plainly if it is not. Most accounts improve the fastest with a single proper photo and video shoot to build a library from.
