Content and Email
Own the audience you already paid for.
You spent money getting these people to notice you once. Email and content are how you keep talking to them without paying for the introduction again, and it is the only audience no platform can take away from you.
The cheapest revenue you will ever generate.
A list you own costs nothing to reach and converts better than any ad, because everyone on it already raised a hand.
-
Automated sequences
Welcome, nurture and win-back flows that run without you, so no lead goes cold because somebody got busy.
-
Campaigns
Seasonal offers, launches and announcements written to get opened and built to get clicked.
-
List growth and segmentation
Capture that does not feel like a toll booth, and segments so the right people get the right message.
-
Content that earns the open
Blog posts, guides and resources worth sending, which is also what makes them worth ranking.
-
Deliverability
Authentication, list hygiene and sending practice, so what you write actually reaches the inbox.
-
Revenue attribution
Opens and clicks are the easy metrics. We report the revenue each flow and campaign produced.
How we build the programme.
Automations first, because they keep working after the campaign ends.
-
Audit and setup
Platform, authentication, list health and the capture points you are currently missing.
-
Core automations
Welcome, abandoned enquiry and post-purchase flows built and tested before any campaign goes out.
-
Content calendar
A monthly rhythm of campaigns and content that gives people a reason to stay subscribed.
-
Optimise
Subject lines, timing, segments and offers tested against what the revenue reporting shows.
Email questions, answered honestly.
Is email still worth it?
It is consistently the highest return channel we manage. It looks unglamorous next to paid social, which is exactly why it stays underused and stays cheap.
You own the list. No algorithm change can cut your reach to zero overnight.
I do not have a list. Where do we start?
With capture. Most businesses already have more traffic and more past customers than they realise, they just have nothing in place to hold onto them.
We build the capture points first, then the automations that make the list worth having.
How often should we email?
For most businesses, twice a month for campaigns, plus whatever the automations send on their own. Frequency matters less than whether each send is worth opening.
Will we annoy people and get unsubscribes?
Some, always. That is healthy. An unsubscribe is somebody removing themselves from a number you were never going to convert.
What actually matters is whether complaint rates stay low, and that comes down to relevance and segmentation rather than volume.
Do you write the content too?
Yes. Copy, design and build are all included. You review before anything sends.
